Christian Doolin

Christian Doolin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Tallahassee since October 2016. In this role, Doolin oversees administrative and financial services for an organization with a $1 billion budget and approximately 3,000 employees. Doolin has previously held positions including Director of Strategic Innovation for the City, where responsibilities included developing the first strategic plan and performance management program. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte as a Manager and GovLab Fellow, financial analysis at Standard Chartered Bank, and consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton. Doolin's educational background includes an MA in International Development and an MBA in Finance from American University, as well as a B.S. in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
