Caryn Kirley

Caryn Kirley serves as the Accounting Operations Manager for the City of Tampa since March 2011, overseeing debt and investment accounting along with all collection points within the city, and managing a team of 12 direct reports, including 3 accountants. Prior experience includes positions as an Accountant at Ceridian, Senior Accountant at Aegon, AVP of Mutual Fund Operations/Accounting at William R. Hough & Co., and Accountant at Raymond James. Caryn holds an MBA in Business from the University of Tampa and a BS in Accounting from the University of South Florida, with additional education from St. Petersburg College.
