Cedric McCray

Cedric McCray has extensive experience in public service and education, currently serving as the Manager for the Community Redevelopment Agency with the City of Tampa since June 2021. Prior roles include Deputy Director for the City of Baltimore from February 2019 to June 2021, and Legislative Aide for both the City of Tampa and the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners District 3. Cedric has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor in Political Science at DeVry University. Starting a career as a Student Intervention Specialist for the School District of Hillsborough County, Cedric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of South Florida and a Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
