Connie White-Arnold

Connie White-Arnold is a seasoned professional in fleet management, currently serving as Fleet Manager for the City of Tampa since November 2015. In addition to this role, Connie has been a Board Member for BridgePrep Academy since 2014 and has extensive experience as a public speaker at fleet-related seminars and conferences, including participation in the 100 Best, Gov Fleet Expo from 2013 to July 2018, and briefing at the Florida State Capital Senate Committee. Previous roles include Chief of Operations at City of Tampa Fleet Management from 2007 to November 2015, Vehicle Maintenance Superintendent, and Maintenance Supervisor for the United States Air Force from 1996 to 2007. Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from National Louis University and two Associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Technologies and Vehicle Maintenance Management.
