Cornelia Jennings currently serves as the Lead Systems Analyst at City of Tampa since April 2004. Before that, Cornelia worked as a Senior Consultant at Accenture from 1996 to 2002, where Cornelia implemented Customer Service System applications for various utility clients. Prior to that, Cornelia was a Program Analyst at Decision Consultants from 1995 to 1996, where Cornelia implemented software systems for clients from Andersen Consulting. Cornelia holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
