Monica Ammann has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Business Programs Coordinator and previously as the Real Estate Division Manager for the City of Tampa since May 2012. Prior roles include being a Volunteer Member at Real Estate Lives.Org from November 2010 to August 2019, where involvement in the Jobs Mining Committee promoted professional opportunities in the Tampa Bay area. Monica's earlier experience encompasses working as a Transaction Administrator at CLW Real Estate Services Group (2006-2007) and as VP of Real Estate Transactions at CB Richard Ellis (2003-2005), providing corporate services for Bank of America. Monica also held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Bank of America from 1995 to 2004, overseeing development across multiple regions. Monica holds a Business Administration degree in Finance/Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Broward Community College.
