Nicole Collins

Nicole Collins is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Temecula since June 2021, Collins previously held the same title at the City of Ontario from November 2014 to October 2020. Prior to that role, Collins worked as a Benefits Representative for the Inland Empire Utilities Agency from November 2008 to November 2014. Nicole Collins earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University-San Bernardino.
