Randi Johl, JD, MMC, CDE® has extensive work experience in the government sector and legal field. Randi began their career as a Law Clerk and Paralegal at Harper and Burns, LLP in 1996, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined the City of Fountain Valley as a Legal Analyst and City Clerk. After two years, they transitioned to the City of Lodi in 2006, where they served as the Legislative Affairs Officer and City Clerk until 2014.
