Randi Johl, JD, MMC, CDE® has extensive work experience in the government sector and legal field. Randi began their career as a Law Clerk and Paralegal at Harper and Burns, LLP in 1996, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined the City of Fountain Valley as a Legal Analyst and City Clerk. After two years, they transitioned to the City of Lodi in 2006, where they served as the Legislative Affairs Officer and City Clerk until 2014. Since 2014, they have been a part of the City of Temecula, holding roles such as Director of Legislative Affairs, City Clerk, and Executive Director to the DEI Commission. In 2020, they also took on additional responsibilities as the Executive Director for the Race, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Commission.
