Sandra Lee is an accomplished city manager currently serving the City of Temiskaming Shores since November 2024. Previously, Sandra held various managerial roles at the County of Simcoe from June 2011 to November 2024, focusing on community services and local immigration partnerships to enhance outcomes for newcomer residents. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Director of ONESTEP, a provincial organization for not-for-profit employment agencies across Ontario, from March 2008 to May 2011, and as a manager of career development, employment, and literacy programs at Georgian College from September 1994 to March 2008. Sandra holds a Master’s Certificate in Municipal Leadership from York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Toronto.

The City of Temiskaming Shores is a community of 10,500 residents located on the shores of beautiful Lake Temiskaming in Northeastern Ontario. The City is the economic and service hub to a regional population of approximately 32,500 from both the Ontario and Quebec side of the border. The community offers an excellent quality of life with opportunities for investment and growth. The recently expanded serviced industrial park provides opportunities for commercial and industrial expansion while the big box and downtown boutique offer opportunities for further retail and service growth. Primary sectors include mining supply, agriculture, health & education services, forestry and transportation. The region also has a thriving manufacturing sector including several companies who specialize and export globally.
