Adam Gulick has extensive experience in urban planning, currently serving as an Associate Planner with the City of Temple City since April 2004, after initially working as an Assistant Planner. Prior to this, Adam held the position of Planning Technician with Hogle-Ireland, contracted at the City of Perris, and gained foundational experience as a Planning Intern at the City of Temple City. Adam's career began as an Architectural Aide with LDA Partners, LLP, complemented by a Landscape Design Internship at Odyssey Landscape Company, Inc. Adam holds a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an A.A. in Architecture, Computer Aided Drafting, and Construction Management from San Joaquin Delta College.

At four square miles, the community consists of a population of about 35,749 residents. The City of Temple City is the governing agency, operating under the Council-Manager form of government.
