Chadwick Howell, CHMM, currently serves as the Redevelopment Administrator for the City of Thornton, Colorado, where responsibilities include managing and coordinating redevelopment projects for the city and the Thornton Development Authority since February 2017. Previously, Chadwick held the position of Economic Development Director for the City of Greeley, where a municipal economic development department was created under their leadership. With extensive experience at the St. Louis Development Corporation and the City of Kalamazoo, Chadwick has a strong background in redevelopment, environmental engineering, and economic development initiatives. An alumnus of Western Michigan University, Chadwick received recognition for achievements in brownfield redevelopment and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and English.
