Andrew Miskell, CPPB, is a seasoned procurement professional currently serving as the Senior Purchasing Analyst for the City of Thornton, Colorado, since August 2019. In this role, Andrew acts as the primary procurement contact for the IT, Police, and Fleet departments, while also assisting other departments with solicitations, vendor negotiations, and management.
