Kristin Schwartz P.e.

Kristin Schwartz, P.E. is a Civil Engineer and Project Manager with extensive experience in utility-based Capital Improvement Projects at the City of Thornton, Colorado, since May 2016. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, performing engineering estimates, and overseeing the design, bid, and construction phases of various projects such as pipeline and sewer rehabilitation and valve replacements.
