Tim Schnitzler

Tim Schnitzler is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and help desk management. Currently serving as a System Administrator II for the City of Thornton, Colorado since November 2015, Tim acts as a Senior Systems Administrator for the Service Desk, providing mentorship and technical resolution as an escalation engineer. Previous roles include Associate Systems Administrator for the City and County of Denver, System Administrator at Advanced Assembly, Help Desk Coordinator at Sky Research, and Help Desk Supervisor at Tetra Tech EC, Inc. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an Associate's degree from Front Range Community College. Tim is ITIL 3.0 certified and has extensive experience with technologies including ServiceNow, MS Exchange, Active Directory, various Microsoft Windows server versions, and telecommunication systems.
