Warren Campbell

Warren Campbell is an experienced planning professional currently serving as the Current Planning Manager for the City of Thornton, Colorado, since March 2021, where management of a team of six planners occurs to support the Director of City Development. From June 2015 to March 2021, Campbell held the position of Assistant Community Development Director for the City of Sedona, overseeing planning and front counter teams, which handled permit and application processes. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Planner in Sedona, managing a team of five planners, and as Chief of Planning for the Town of Vail, where leadership of a planning team and a Code Enforcement Officer was maintained from 2007. Campbell's career began as a Planner for the City of Dublin, Ohio, from 2000 to 2002.
