Emily Carr serves as a Communications Officer at Fort William Historical Park and as a Group Fitness Instructor for both the City of Thunder Bay and Movati Athletic, focusing on diverse fitness classes for various skill levels. With extensive experience in leadership and management roles, Emily held the position of Vice President and CFO at C.R. Landscape & Property Services since 2009, while also enhancing organizational marketing and ticket sales as the Marketing & Communications Manager for the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra. Prior roles include Executive Director at the Firefighters Museum of Calgary, where Emily managed museum operations and developed educational programming. Emily's board experience includes serving as an elected Director for the Alberta Museums Association. Educational background includes a B.A. Honours in Art History, French, and German from McMaster University and a graduate certificate in Museum Management and Curatorship from Fleming College.
