Jonathan Barnwell

Jonathan Barnwell is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human resources, payroll, and accounting. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst at the City of Thunder Bay since August 2022, Jonathan previously worked as a Payroll Officer at the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board from May 2018 to August 2022.
