Lorraine MacPhail is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development at the City of Thunder Bay since September 2004, following a role as Supervisor of Staffing, Development & Support Services. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Advisor at Wardrop Engineering Inc. from September 2002 to September 2004 and as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at DST Consulting Engineers Inc. from September 2001 to September 2002. Lorraine holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Lakehead University, as well as a Diploma and Certificate in Human Resources from Confederation College.
