Paul Draper, CISSP, has extensive experience in IT management and network infrastructure, currently serving as the Manager of Networks, Technology and Cloud Services at the City of Thunder Bay since October 2017. This role involves leading a senior team of IT administrators responsible for the operations, security, maintenance, and expansion of the city's cloud, server, and networking infrastructure. Previous positions include Network Analyst at the Thunder Bay District Health Unit, where responsibilities included the installation and maintenance of network and server infrastructure, and Information Systems Coordinator at Geraldton District Hospital. Paul Draper's career also includes roles at Marathon Pulp Inc. as a Network Support Specialist and ITS Desktop Support, with a foundational education in Computer Engineering Technician from Confederation College.
