Rilee Willianen is an experienced professional specializing in drug strategy and policy analysis. Currently serving as a Drug Strategy Specialist and Acting Drug Strategy Lead at the City of Thunder Bay since July 2022, Rilee previously held the position of Policy Analyst and Research Assistant at the Ontario Native Women's Association from January 2020 to July 2022. Rilee possesses an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women's Studies from Lakehead University, obtained between 2014 and 2018, as well as a Diploma in Aboriginal Community Advocacy and a Certificate in Aboriginal-Canadian Relations from Confederation College, completed in 2019.
