Currently serving as Interim City Manager and City Manager for the City of Titusville since January 2020, Neil has demonstrated leadership and management capabilities. Prior to this role, Neil was an Executive Recruiter at MBS Solutions, from 2019 to January 2020, focusing on building meaningful relationships between candidates and clients. Neil's background also includes a tenure as a Task Force Officer with the US Marshals Service from 2010 to 2019, collaborating with various law enforcement agencies to capture fugitives, and serving as Chief of the Sheriff's Office for over six years after holding several ranks within the office. Neil is an alumnus of Penn State University and graduated from Titusville High School in 1996.
