Annette Kopec

Annette Kopec has extensive experience in asset strategy and maintenance planning, currently serving as the Manager of Asset Strategy & Maintenance Planning at the City of Toronto since 1999. Previously, Annette held various positions at the City of Toronto, including Manager of Capital Programming & Facility Asset Planning, Senior Engineer, and Engineer for Capital Works Control. Annette's career began at the City of Etobicoke from 1995 to 1999, where roles included Project Designer, Construction Project Coordinator, and Transportation Technologist. Annette holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Asset Management/Sustainable Infrastructure and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Toronto.
