David McElroy

David McElroy is a Senior Project Manager specializing in Data Collection with the City of Toronto since June 2021. Prior to this role, David held positions at Metrolinx from October 2014 to June 2021, serving as a Senior Advisor and Transportation Planner. David also worked as a Transportation Planner with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario from January 2013 to September 2014, and previously at IBI Group in the same capacity from January 2009 to January 2013. An early career included a role as a Research Associate at the University of Toronto and a Post Doctoral Fellow at Technical University Munich. David holds a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Ph.D. in Biomedical Physics from UCLA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Toronto.
