Eduardo Quintos

Eduardo Quintos is an experienced HR Consultant specializing in Employee and Labor Relations at the City of Toronto since January 2023. Prior to this role, Eduardo founded Hallmark Fogging in December 2020, focusing on biodegradable, non-toxic sanitizing services in the Greater Toronto Area. From June 2022 to January 2023, Eduardo served as the Regional Human Resources Manager for Southwest and Northern Ontario at Allied Universal. Additionally, Eduardo spent over seven years at Garda Background Screening Solutions, initially as a Senior Performance Manager and later as a Performance/Labor Relations Manager, overseeing performance management and labor relations within a regulated and unionized environment. Eduardo holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Criminology from York University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
