Jessica Collins

Jessica Collins is an experienced professional specializing in workforce analytics and organizational culture. Currently serving as a Workforce Analytics & Insights Consultant for the City of Toronto, Jessica manages projects to enhance workforce analytics and facilitate large-scale organizational change. As a People Analytics Instructor at York University, Jessica develops and delivers courses for Canada's first post-secondary people analytics program. Previously, Jessica held the position of Director, Organizational Culture and Analytics at Anchor HR Services Inc., leading strategic HR consulting projects and establishing the people analytics practice. With a solid foundation in human resources and analytics, Jessica's prior roles include Human Capital Management Analyst at Intact and Reward and HR Business Partner at BHP. Jessica possesses a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, a certificate in People Analytics from York University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto.
