Joshua de Stefano

Joshua De Stefano is currently a Senior Consultant in Total Rewards at the City of Toronto, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and acted as team lead at Switch Health from January 2021 to October 2023, overseeing employee relations for a workforce of over 2,400 and mentoring junior HR team members. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator at Switch Health, and as a Research Assistant at the Automotive Policy Research Centre, where Joshua focused on automation technologies. Joshua's educational background encompasses a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a focus on Labour Studies from McMaster University.
