Khristina Z is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in program and project management within various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Program Manager at the City of Toronto since March 2014, Khristina Z has demonstrated expertise in establishing city-wide Risk Management and Technology Resiliency programs, alongside developing comprehensive strategies and governance structures. Previously, as a Project Delivery Manager at York Region, significant experience was gained in managing IT project delivery using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
