Kong Seto

Kong Seto possesses extensive experience in asset management and engineering, particularly within solid waste management and infrastructure planning. Currently serving as the Manager of Asset Management at Solid Waste Management Services for the City of Toronto, Kong has previously held roles as a Senior Project Manager and Project Engineer in similar sectors. Prior experience includes a position as a Project Engineer in Infrastructure Management & Planning at GENIVAR and a Water Resources Analyst at The Sernas Group. Early in the career, Kong worked as a Junior Engineering Technologist in Toronto Water at the City of Toronto, building a solid foundation in engineering and project management.
