Louise Wong

Louise Wong is an experienced urban designer with a diverse background in various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as an Urban Designer for the City of Toronto since November 2023, previous roles include Urban Designer at Urban Strategies Inc. and Junior Urban Designer at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Earlier experience encompasses positions at AECOM, Farrells, and an assistant role at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group. Louise began a professional journey with a design internship at Groundwork Architect & Associates Ltd. and gained research experience at the Hong Kong Design Institute DESIS Lab and the Vocational Training Council. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Urban Design from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture from Birmingham City University.
