Mohamed Ibrahim

Mohamed Ibrahim is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as an Economic Development Officer for the City of Toronto since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mohamed worked as a Constituency and Stakeholder Advisor within the City of Toronto from March 2019 to April 2022, focusing on client-facing interactions and addressing various constituent issues. His career began with a position as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto from January 2017 to March 2018, where Mohamed contributed to academic publications and conducted research. Additionally, Mohamed interned as a Client Caseworker for the National Zakat Foundation Canada in 2017, where efforts centered on assisting clients facing economic hardships. Mohamed also briefly worked as a Data Entry Clerk for R.A. Malatest & Associates Ltd. in late 2016. An alumnus of the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science, double majoring in Political Science and History, Mohamed most recently expanded his education through the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University.
