Nikki C. is a seasoned Business Intelligence Project Manager with extensive experience in data analytics and resource optimization, currently employed by the City of Toronto since August 2025. Prior to this role, Nikki served at Metrolinx, where significant accomplishments included leading a major workforce planning infrastructure redesign and directing the development of SQL/Python-based ETL pipelines and Power BI dashboards, significantly enhancing reporting efficiency.
