Richard Noehammer

Richard Noehammer, P.Eng. has extensive experience in the field of civil engineering and municipal services, having served at the City of Toronto since October 1992, where currently holds the position of Director, Capital Planning & Implementation for Toronto Water. Responsibilities include capital planning, asset management, purchasing, and overseeing infrastructure projects. Previous roles within Toronto Water encompass directorships in customer support, operational support, and business operations management, along with managerial experience in design and construction. Prior to this, Richard Noehammer worked as a Transportation Engineer at IBI Group from 1989 to 1992. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Graduate Diploma in Public Administration focusing on Political Science and Local Government from Western University.
