Sonia Brar

Sonia Brar serves as the Chief Technology Officer for the City of Toronto and holds a Board Member position with Women in Communications & Technology. Additionally, Sonia is an active member of the CIO Strategy Council and participates on the Campaign Cabinet for United Way. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy, Design & Delivery at Bell, as well as Vice President of IT for both Bell Media & BCE Corporate Systems and Bell Media. Sonia holds an MBA in eCommerce and an Honours BSc in Psychology, both from McMaster University, earned between 1995 and 2001.
