Asia Philbin

Asia Philbin is an experienced Water Resources Administrator employed by the Town of Marana since March 2014, previously serving as Resources Coordinator. Prior to this role, Asia worked as a Hydrologist for the City of Tucson from December 2001 to March 2014. Educationally, Asia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Science and Geology from the University of Miami, completed between 1990 and 1995, as well as additional studies at the University of Arizona from 1997 to 2000.
