Colin Jones

Colin Jones, MBA, PMP, serves as the Administrator for Tucson Water's Business and Organization Support Services division since January 2022, overseeing various functions including organizational development, finance, and IT administration. Previously, Colin held the position of Battalion Executive Officer in the Arizona Army National Guard from October 2022 to November 2024, managing personnel and logistics for a 700-Soldier infantry battalion and a deployed Task Force during Operation Spartan Shield. Other roles include Operations Supervisor at Republic Services, Financial Analyst at Raytheon Technologies, and multiple leadership positions in the US Army, including Battalion Operations Officer and Company Commander, where Colin significantly improved operational readiness and led strategic initiatives. Colin earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Arizona in 2020 and a BS in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2009.
