James MacAdam has extensive experience in public administration and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as the Administrator for the Conservation & Stormwater Resources Division at Tucson Water since July 2012, James has held various roles within the City of Tucson, including Superintendent of Public Information & Conservation and Project Manager in the City Manager's Office. Prior to this, James worked as a Program Manager for the Green Streets/Green Neighborhoods initiative at Watershed Management Group from 2008 to 2012, and held the position of Sustainability Officer and Naturalist at Sierra Tucson from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, James was a Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor at Yoga Oasis from 2003 to 2007. James holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental & Cultural Studies from Prescott College.
