Sarah Meggison

Sarah Meggison, AICP, is a Project Manager with the City of Tucson since May 2019, responsible for managing the coordinated review process for significant development projects and overseeing all phases of affordable and mixed-income development projects. With previous roles including Housing Development Manager and Lead Planner, Sarah has extensive experience in project management, zoning code enforcement, and urban planning. Concurrently, Sarah is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Arizona, teaching courses related to Comprehensive Planning and Land Use Controls. Sarah's background includes positions in housing planning and community development across various organizations, along with a Master's degree in Planning from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Community Development from Prescott College.
