Irvin McIntyre, IPMA-SCP, serves as Past President of the West Alabama Society of Human Resources since January 2024 and has been the Senior Human Resources Officer for the City of Tuscaloosa since April 2020. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist and Social Media Strategist at idmac Consulting, LLC, where efforts focused on enhancing business operations and managing media campaigns. As Chapter President of Tuscaloosa Human Resource Professionals from January 2023 to June 2024, McIntyre demonstrated leadership in local HR initiatives. Previous experience includes working as a Job Coach/Developer for Community Service Programs of West Alabama and a Sales Manager at AT&T, where leadership skills were honed through employee development. McIntyre earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stillman College in 2001.
