Meghan McGowan has extensive experience in public safety and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Police/Fire/EMS Dispatcher for the City of Twinsburg since December 2016 and as a Part-time Administrative Assistant/Clerk for the Village of Moreland Hills Police Department since October 2017, Meghan has developed a strong skill set in emergency response coordination and administrative support. Previously, Meghan worked at Cardinal Health from December 2012 to December 2016 as an Insurance Verification Representative and held the title of Administrative Assistant at Noble-Davis Consulting, Inc. from September 1996 to 2010. Additionally, Meghan has experience as a Ranger Dispatch for Cleveland Metroparks from November 2004 to April 2006. Meghan's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice - Corrections from Lakeland Community College and an OPOTA Certification from Cuyahoga Community College, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice - Law Enforcement from Lakeland Community College.
