Randy Bouse

Randy Bouse has extensive experience in property maintenance inspection and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Property Maintenance Inspector for the City of University City, Missouri since March 2009, Randy has also held the position of Advanced Clerk Typist within the Community Development department since February 2007, where responsibilities included processing permit applications and conducting inspections. Prior experience includes a role as Member Services Assistant and Pension Coordinator at Local 50 Benefit Services Trust from February 1999 to February 2007, which involved handling financial matters and confidential personnel records, supported by extensive HIPAA training. Randy’s career began in the US Army as an Administrative Specialist from September 1991 to January 1996, where duties included processing documentation and supporting the battalion commander's administrative needs across multiple units.
