Ashley Wendler-Moulton

Ashley Wendler-Moulton is an experienced building inspector and permit coordinator with a demonstrated history in municipal roles. Currently serving as a Building Inspector for the City of University Park since January 2022, Ashley previously held the position of Building Permit Coordinator/Residential Plans Examiner at the City of Mansfield from January 2014. Responsibilities included coordinating the routing of incoming permits and conducting residential plan reviews. Ashley is an ICC Certified Residential Building Inspector, ICC Certified Permit Technician, and ICC Certified Residential Plans Examiner, and also serves as a Notary Public for the State of Texas. Earlier roles include Certified Permit Technician positions at the City of DeSoto and the City of Lancaster, as well as a Finance Counselor at the University of Phoenix. Ashley's educational background includes study at the University of Phoenix-Dallas Campus from 2008 to 2009.
