Brett Lance

Brett Lance currently serves as the Operations Supervisor and City Arborist for the City of Upland, a position held since March 2017, where responsibilities include managing citywide maintenance operations for parks, streets, trees, signs, facilities, irrigation systems, and street lighting, as well as overseeing various contractors. Prior to this role, Brett worked for the City of Rancho Cucamonga from July 1989 to March 2017 as a Lead Maintenance Worker within the Public Works Services Division. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Park Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and has additional educational experience from the University of California, Riverside.
