Jennifer Rodriguez, MPA, CMC, CPMC, currently serves as Deputy City Clerk for the City of Upland since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Clerk of the Board and Staff Analyst for the San Bernardino International Airport Authority from April 2017 to July 2023. Earlier positions with the City of San Bernardino from April 2014 to April 2017 encompassed Senior Customer Service Representative, Business Registration Inspector, Analyst Internship, and Business Registration Internship within the City Clerk Office. Jennifer Rodriguez holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University-San Bernardino (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the same institution (2013-2015).
