Yesenia Diaz

Yesenia Diaz is a Civil Engineer currently employed by the City of Upland since January 2022. Prior to this position, Yesenia held the role of Associate Civil Engineer at TKE Engineering, Inc. from February 2015 to January 2022 and worked as a Design Engineer at J.L Patterson & Associates, Inc. from 2006 to 2015.
