Emmanuel Boamah

Emmanuel Boamah is a School Resource Officer, Community Liaison Officer, and Patrol Officer at the City of Upper Arlington since August 2018. Before that, Emmanuel worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Cincinnati from August 2014 to February 2018. Currently, Emmanuel is pursuing a Master's degree in Administration at Penn State University, expected to graduate in 2025, after attaining their Bachelor's of Science at the University of Cincinnati in 2018.
