Katie Fehlen

Katie Fehlen is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a strong background in payroll administration and client services. Currently serving as the Payroll Administrator for the City of Upper Arlington since December 2022, Katie has previously held similar roles at Thayer Power & Communication Line Construction Co., LLC, and Univar Solutions, where responsibilities included leading comprehensive payroll processing and conducting audits to ensure accuracy. With a foundation in human resources as a Coordinator at Heinzerling Community, Katie also brings a decade of experience from ADP, where roles ranged from a Fraud Investigator to a Senior Client Service Representative. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in HR Management from DeVry University.
