Melissa Victor

Melissa Victor possesses extensive experience in IT project management and graphic design, currently serving as an IT Project Manager and Web Developer for the City of Upper Arlington since June 2017, where responsibilities include website development, graphic design, and software tech support. As the Owner of HorseHouse Design since November 2005, Melissa showcases a broad skill set encompassing creative, technical, sales, and client training roles. Previously, as a Senior Graphic Designer at Horizon Telcom, Inc. from January 2001 to November 2005, Melissa earned multiple awards for design excellence and managed various design and branding projects. Earlier experience as a Graphic Designer at Lyons Data Products involved in-house design for notable clients and proficiency in pre-press troubleshooting across various software applications. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Equine Studies with a Business Minor from Otterbein University.
