Rachel Ottavi

Rachel Ottavi is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in public sector finance management. Currently serving as Finance Manager for the City of Upper Arlington since August 2024, Rachel previously held similar positions with the City of Gahanna and Franklin County, where significant responsibilities included overseeing payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions, as well as leading fiscal operations for substantial budgets. Rachel's earlier roles include Budget Analyst and Accounting Assistant for the City of Westerville, and various positions in the private sector, including executive assistance in construction and insurance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Franklin University and an Associate degree from Columbus State Community College.
