Amy Ostrander Croll LMSW, CPS is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community engagement, youth development, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Homeward and a City Councilwoman for Urbandale, Amy advocates for citizens' needs. As a Supervisor at Community Youth Concepts, Amy implements strategies to reduce opioid use, while also holding roles at the Iowa Department of Public Health as a Capacity Coach and Substance Abuse ethics trainer. Additionally, Amy co-founded Croll Consulting, LLC, focusing on the management and training needs of human-serving nonprofits. With a strong educational background, including a BA in Psychology from Luther College and an LMSW from the University of Iowa, Amy has also contributed to academic settings as an Adjunct Professor.
