Elizabeth Lauck, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP, currently serves as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Urbandale since October 2020. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as an HR Generalist at Willis Automotive, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and consulting with management. Elizabeth's experience also includes serving as a Customer Relations Manager and Branch Manager at QPS Employment Group, where responsibilities encompassed customer consultancy, talent acquisition, and staff oversight. Elizabeth began their career as a Recruiter, managing temporary staffing solutions. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from St. Ambrose University.
